Crescent Management is an actors' co-operative and a member of the Co-operative Personal Management Association. All our members subscribe fully to the concept and ethos of co-operative representation.

Being a member of a co-op means that we all commit to spending some time each month representing the agency as a whole. We take joint responsibility for our careers and we take the time to get to know each other and each other's work.

If this sounds attractive to you, then why not consider joining us?

We accept applications by post only, and we expect to see a current CV, your photograph and a covering letter telling us a little about yourself and why you would like to join.

Before interviewing you, we will need to see some of your work, so please send us a showreel or invitation to see you perform. Feel free to invite us to your show by e-mail, but for applications we need hard copy.

Your application will not be considered unless you have an entry in The Spotlight, and you cannot join us if you are not also a member of Equity.

We try not to have any more than one person in any particular casting bracket at any one time; please look around our website to see if you 'clash' with any of our current members. If you think you fill a casting bracket that we are missing, consider telling us in your letter which gap that is and how you can fill it.

We only considering applications from actors who fall into a clear gap in our client list. Please only apply if you do not overlap at all in age and casting terms with any current client.
